Ice Cream Cake Bites

Don't let this look FOOL you.. its NOT ice cream! hehe!
There's red velvet cake ball inside! Yummm!!! Also these are MINI cones!
My model is my handsome son, Jacob =)

I don't sell these due to the cones getting stale after a few hours but I wanted to share how CUTE these were and not to mention very yummy!!! Well, I also did a easier way for you guys to make yourself!
CUPCAKE cones! =)
MINI cone
Still don't believe me? Well look at the cone on the left....that's standard size cone =)
Cupcake inside! The top is just frosting and sprinkles!

How to make your own cupcake cones:
♥ Mix your favorite cake/cupcake batter
♥ pour into cones, fill only until the cone changes its "shape"
♥ Bake at 350
♥ I did mines for about 10-15 mins since its mini. Or edges get golden brown
♥ Let cool

To make the soft serve frosting look:
♥ Use any can of frosting of your choice
♥ Nip a corner in bottom of ziplock bag or pastry bag
♥ Put frosting in bag and add swirl to cone

TA-DA and you are done!
Tip 1: be careful of handling cones when moving to oven and out of oven. They tend to fall. I held mines up with foil.
Tip 2: Do NOT over fill! The cupcake will rise after baking.
