Super Hero Theme

I'm finally updating the blog again!

A few months ago, Lani contacted me to make cake pops and paper goods for her twin boys.

For Michael, we did red ball pops with blue "M" superman logo

And Samuel got the original Superman colors for his cake pops :)

They were all upside down ball pops for a dessert table

I also did waterbottle labels and tags (not pictured) with the twin boy's pictures. They are so cute!

Paper Goods

Jackie had contacted me to make some paper goods right before I went on maternity leave.

We made some banners, tags and food tent for different occassions

Jaina's Sip & See

My husband and I hosted a "Sip & See" for our latest addition.

For those who are unfamiliar with this type of shower, it is a party typically given for a second or third time mom and her new baby, a month or so after the baby is born. It is a wonderful way to celebrate the new baby and mommy without any pressure for gifts. It's just a lovely excuse for friends and family to get together!

Of course I made cake pops! :)

I made red velvet baby cake pops and oreo truffles

custom tags

I went with lavender and brown zebra & giraffe theme

Mini water bottles with labels

I also made cupcake push pops

my oldest son Jacob :)

I also made all the other sweets for the party

lavender zebra pattern inside...the color got lighter after it was baked, next time I would add more food color to the batter

As you can see, everything in the Sip and See was all sweets and finger foods. Other finger foods I had were mini sandwiches, lumpia, empanadas, etc. I also had coffee and many teas to choose from. I'm glad everyone got to come over to "sip" on some drinks and "see" the baby :)

Welcome

Baby Jaina
