My friend wanted some Barney Pops for her son's birthday. I'm still rusty on my Barney! Here's the one I made last time: Barney Pops (click here). Ever since then, I cannot make him again! He keeps coming out like a purple frog!
But I made some ball pops to go with the Barney Theme. Some of them were with green sprinkles or green spots.
I realized I never took a picture of how long the lolli sticks really are. I normally use 6" for all pops and 4" for all upside down ball pops. With this one, I had very little cake left and tried making "mini-cake pops" with the 4" stick. I think it came out as cute too. You can also put as a cupcake topper ;)
