A couple weeks ago, I made my first OREO truffles and trying another attempt at cake BALLS. I made some for my 13 year anniversary for my hubby, I was out of sticks since I was on maternity leave and haven't been able to go the store. I don't think I want to anyways since I would have to load and unload THREE kids from their carseats! It feels forever already just to load them into the car and into their carseats! hehe!
I've been having a hard time dipping cake balls into chocolate and keeping it smooth so that's why I have always used lollipop sticks. I still can't get it as smooth and the bottom isn't so hot either but the mini cupcake liners and drizzle helps cover all the imperfections! Thankfully Hubby doesn't care about looks! He's all about taste! :))))
